Payment

In the case of reservation a pre-payment of 25% of the total rent becomes due. The remaining amount must be settled at the latest on the day of the arrival and the current consumption the day of departure.

Booking conditions

All prices are per day and apartment. The rent contains all additional expenses, as bed linen, towels, bath-towels and final cleaning. To pay the day of departure is the current consumption, its prices is actually 0.20 EUR/kWh. For each additional person, who exceeds maximum allocation, has a charge of 10% of the whole rent and must be expressly allowed. Domestic animals according to agreement.

Cancellations

Following cancellation fees (per total rent) will be charged:
Until 60 days before arrival: 10%
Between 59 and 30 days: 25%
Between 29 and 7 days: 75%
Less then 7 days: 100%
