How to get there [Location]

You reach our area by airplane fast from all larger European cities. The airport is only a few kilometres far away from Gádor.

By car our village can be reached easily by means of an excellent road system. Coming from Granada over the motorway A-92 or from the East over the motorway N-340 and from Malaga over the wonderful coastal road N-340 (where large parts are already developed as a motorway). Almería, as Mediterranean port, receives many ships, ferries and cruises. Also there are constant ferry connections to the Spanish enclave Melilla in Northern Africa, to Algeria and Morocco.

From Gádor you can go to every beach within a short time. It is to pay attention that some beaches in the nature park Cabo de Gata can only be reached over crushed stone ways for to protect the important flora and fauna in this region. The beaches outside of the nature park can be arrived directly by car.
