Gádor, our village [Introduction]

Gádor is a typically Andalusian village with approx. 3,000 inhabitants.

Purchase possibilities, like bakers, butchers and several smaller supermarkets, you will find in town. Larger shopping possibilities are at the disposal in the close capital.

A swimming pool and various sport possibilities in Gádor, as well as two Arab thermal baths in the proximity invite for relaxing. One of the most important European archaeological finding sites is only 5 km away.

Also culinarily our village has a few things to offer. A large selection of tapas (small dishes with food) you will find in the different bars in town. Beside this 'tapasbars' there are still some pubs and a discotheque.

Our municipality is also an ideal starting point for expanded excursions in the closer environment or trips to the nature beaches of the Cabo de Gata or into the nature parks Sierra Alhamilla, Sierra Nevada and Cabo de Gata.
