The Almanzora Valley is a Spanish region located in the northwestern part of the province of Almería. It borders the Almería regions of Los Vélez to the north, Levante Almeriense to the east, and Los Filabres-Tabernas to the south, as well as the Granada region of Baza to the west.
It comprises twenty-seven municipalities, the most populated of which is Albox, and the largest is Oria; conversely, the least populated municipality is Cóbdar, and the smallest in area is Armuña de Almanzora. Its traditional and historical capital is the town of Albox.
Like the other regions of Almería, it is only recognized geographically, not politically.

It encompasses two of the three agricultural areas into which the Almanzora River basin is divided: the Upper Almanzora and the Middle Almanzora. The third, known as Bajo Almanzora, is part of the Levante Almeriense region. The main industry in the region is the Macael marble industry.
Sierra de los Filabres mountain range forms the southern boundary of the valley.
